Our Buyer Specialist will assist you with locating a home that meets your needs, negotiating the contract and overseeing the transactional details. Our Mortgage Broker will handle the financing of your new home by locating the best loan to meet your personal objectives-be it low interest rate, low monthly payment, or down payment assistance. Culminating in you reaching your ultimate goal of becoming a homeowner.

Our service is FREE to you- when you purchase a home we are paid by the seller for locating a buyer and by the  lender for placing a customer. There are no upfront fees.
